The cabin includes two private bedrooms and a large loft bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, great room with 5.1 home theater system, full-size washer and dryer, two full bathrooms downstairs with large shower in the main bath and large tub/shower in the master suite, beds for eight plus one on fold out futon/sofa, highly energy-efficient mini-split 3 zone A/C system, internet access, WiFi, cell phone booster, full wrap-around covered porch with large gas BBQ, outdoor seating and tables, and outdoor gas fire pit.
Additionally, our location on the eastern edge of Zion NP provides the freedom to simply walk to some of Zion’s amazing trails straight from the front porch, creating a unique opportunity to easily enjoy the park beyond the areas that tend to get very crowded during peak season. Our proximity to the Zion Ponderosa Ranch also makes it easy to participate in the activities they offer, including a two-tiered heated outdoor pool with hot tub, horseback riding, four wheeling, rock climbing wall, tennis, mini golf, basketball, guided tours, and more (activities and availability may vary by season, cost varies according to activity).

Water Use; Other Information
Water is a precious commodity in the desert. Our home relies on tanks that must be manually refilled by hauling water from a well two miles away. We have designed the water supply to be more than sufficient for daily use; however, conservation is appreciated.
There are stairs on the property; both outdoors leading from the driveway to the deck, as well as indoor stairs to the loft.
One of the joys of spending time in natural locations such as this is the chance to see and observe a great deal of wildlife. It is important to keep in mind that this wildlife does include dangerous/unpredictable animals such as mountain lions, coyotes, foxes, and rattlesnakes!
